Dr. Janmejay
Dr. Janmejay Kunpara is a highly skilled and empathetic consultant nephrologist and kidney transplant physician with extensive clinical and academic experience. He completed his MBBS from the prestigious BJ Medical College and pursued MD Medicine from NHL Municipal Medical College. He further specialized in nephrology at Zydus Hospital, Ahmedabad, one of the highest-volume kidney transplant centers in Western India.
Dr. Kunpara has a strong academic background, reflected through multiple research publications and active participation in medical education. His special interest in kidney transplantation has led him to speak at various national and international nephrology conferences, sharing his expertise with the global medical community.
He has comprehensive experience in managing a wide range of kidney conditions, including acute kidney injury, chronic kidney disease, diabetic nephropathy, and renal stone disease. Dr. Akshay Zalavadiya is a dedicated and compassionate consultant nephrologist at Beacon Kidney Consult Clinic, Ahmedabad. He completed his MBBS from the prestigious BJ Medical College and Civil Hospital, Ahmedabad, followed by MD in Internal Medicine from NHL Municipal Medical College and V.S. Hospital. He further pursued DM Nephrology from IMS-BHU and Sir Sunderlal Hospital, Varanasi, one of India’s leading tertiary care nephrology and kidney transplant centers.
Dr. Zalavadiya has extensive experience in treating acute and chronic kidney disease, diabetic nephropathy, hypertension-related kidney disorders, and end-stage renal disease. He is highly skilled in advanced dialysis therapies including hemodialysis, hemodiafiltration, peritoneal dialysis, and critical care nephrology. His expertise also includes interventional procedures such as dialysis catheter insertion and ultrasound-guided kidney biopsy.
